My new job

I started my new job helping out at Greerton 2nd Hand & Pawn Warehouse, it's great!

Soccer game

We played soccer against Greerton this week and lost, but had a fun  time anyway, I got 2 goals for each side!

Girls Cafe

We had an awesome time at the girls cafe with cakes and savouries and lots of laughs.

Fun day out

BHi. We had a day out to the beach this week to put the Kontiki we have out to sea and catch some fish. We went with a few of the guys from Greerton and met up with our mates from Te Puke there as well. It took a few goes at getting it to go straight out through the waves but when it did it went a real long way out. No fish this time but we are going to do it again soon.

I'm part of the team that are going to try out the new kontiki next week. Really looking forward to it and here's hoping we catch heaps of fish!

Basketball Game

I had a great time playing a game of basketball this week. Wilrose played Greerton and we got 11 goals. Greerton got 8 so Wilrose were the winners. I got the ball through the hoop lots of times. I should be playing for the tall blacks aye.

We've had a busy few weeks in Maori culture making these wood,wool and bead stars for Mataariki. They look awesome hanging from the art room ceiling
