Camp Aongatete

 Camp Aongatete was so much fun. I liked seeing the different animals and pests that live in the Forrest. The possums fur was nice and soft. My favourite part of camp was the night walk and seeing huge spiders, wetas and glow worms. 

Under the stars

 It felt good to go and help our mates at under the stars. We cooked a corned beef, sliced it up and took it down to them. They made some yummy sandwiches with it. 

Swimming at Greerton Pools

 I enjoy having a swim at the pools with my friends. I like to play volleyball in the water and pretend that I am a shark!

Hot Lunch

 I did a great job of helping cook the fried bread to go with our pumpkin soup for our Wilrose hot lunch. It was delicious.

Obstacle Course at The Hills Orchard

 I really enjoyed this challenging day . We had to work together as teams to complete some cool challenges that the ladies at the Hills Orchard had set up for us. 

Swimming

 I had fun swimming in the Greerton Pools with my friends. The water was nice and warm. 

Fishing

 Here I am enjoying a spot of fishing we even caught some, what a great day.

Bullswool farm

 I visited Bullswool farm with my friends it was a fun filled day checking out all the cool animals my friends and I really enjoyed our day

Yatton park walk

 I enjoyed getting some fresh air on the Yatton park walk with my friends. There are some really big trees to see along the way!

SPCA Op Shop

 I am such a great helper volunteering at the SPCA Op Shop in Greerton. This week we took books of the shop shelves and helped box them away and then went through pens and pencils

to checked which ones worked. 

One and a half acre wood

 I enjoyed a trip to a farm and petting zoo. I love animals and here we got to get up close to them And even feed them which was great.

Veggie growing goal

 I grew this spinach in our Wilrose garden and this week harvested and cooked it up with some garlic, butter and leeks. I gave some to my mates to try and they all loved it! Another goal mine ticked off! 

Town Outing

 I had a great day out in Tauranga Town.  My friends and I went to the Tauranga Library where we read some magazines and hired out a few DVDs. We then we to the Art Gallery to explore.

Morning in the sun

 I had so much fun spending the morning at the beach. I liked feeling the cold water on my legs. I even found some crab shells that I showed my friends. 

Corn fritters

In our cooking group we made some yummy corn fritters, I really liked helping out in the kitchen but my highlight was eating them they were delicious 😋 

 

Sports at Memorial Park

 I had fun playing basket ball with my friends at Memorial Park. It was nice to be out in the sun for sports group. 

Body insides!

I enjoyed our life skills where we learnt abit more about what’s inside our bodies. I helped to show everyone where our stomach is. We did some fun songs and games and even did a couple of experiments too.
