Christmas 2023

  It was an awesome day spent dancing with friends, watching the circability glow in the dark acts, eating yummy food and getting a present to open at this year's 2023 Christmas party. I had a great time! See you all back here in 2024.

Greerton Pool

I enjoyed myself at the Greerton Pool for friendship Tuesday, I dived and floated in the water, lots of fun with my friends from Wilrose.

 

Memorial park circus fun

 I had a great day down at Memorial Park. Circability were there with lots of cool things to do. Tight rope, giant connect 4, ring toss, bikes, balancing boards, giant balls and my favorite the flower sticks. I enjoyed having a picnic lunch down there too, it was lots of laughs.

Circability

 I had a great time with friends doing different tricks with the props in circability. I especially like using the flower sticks. 

Picnic lunch at the beach

It was so cool being out with friends in the fresh sea air at Fergerson Park. We enjoyed eating our picnic lunch and singing some waiata. I even had a strum of the guitar. 

Baywave swim

 I had so much fun going swimming at Baywave pools with my friends. I liked sitting under the water fountain so the water could splash down on me.

Drama

 I love going to practice the new play each week at drama. I always put in 100% with my acting. It's fun playing the cool games and having a dance with my drama friends too.

Bellvue wetlands

 I enjoyed going for a nice walk with I-walkers through the Bellvue wetlands. It was great to be out in the fresh air with my friends on such a nice day. 

Olive donkey farm

 I enjoyed my time helping around Olives donkey farm. I helped to stack some branches so the lawns can be mowed. Whilst there it was good seeing the tortoise and donkeys and of course catching up with our friend Olive.

Tenpin bowling with friends

  I had a great morning out with my friends going to play a round of tenpin bowling and a few arcade games! We all had so much fun together it was a great way to end the week.

Centre shopping

 This week I had a list of things to go and buy for the centre. I got everything done on the list including getting the van tires checked and some petrol too! 

Drama show

 I was great on stage at the detour theatre acting as a soldier in our end of term drama show called Jack and the beanstalk with a twist! 

Marble bar

 I really enjoyed playing pool at Marble bar this week!

Kindness award winner

 I was so happy to win the most recent kindness award with 2of my friends. I'm always so willing to help out around the centre and have a great happy attitude.

Kopurererua valley

  I had a great day in the sun with my friends exploring kopurererua valley. I spotted some insects and native birds and trees. It was a fun day out.

Ellendene Farm Discovery

We had a lovely day at ellendene farm planting pumpkin seeds and moving cattle .

 

Circability

 I had a great time juggling and doing lots of circus tricks with circability. I balanced beanbags and some balancing sticks. It was so much fun.

Pool challenge

 I enjoyed challenging my friends to a game of pool this week up at the Marble bar. It was lots of fun.

Poike park and boardwalk

 I had fun exploring poike boardwalk and park. It was such a nice walk and was fun balancing and having a play at the park.
