Friendship and fun

 We had a wonderful day at the strand, alot of us went down and enjoyed our day in the sun socialising. 

Foodbank

 I went and helped as a volunteer at foodbank this week. I helped do the choc chip bags and stack the noodles. It was good to be back again! 

IWalk

 I really love getting out and keeping active. I had an awesome walk around memorial Park we all walked up a great sweat.

Fishing

 I had a lovely fishing trip to Salisbury wharf …. Still trying to catch that fish that keeps getting away.

 I had a lovely walk with my friends today it was a beautiful day and the sun was shining 

Karaoke

 I really enjoy my next step gym it helps keep me on the right path to stay fit 

Ellendene farm

 We had a great day yesterday the who,e centre went to the farm and had a great day , chilling, round penning the horse Nirvana and silver. Everyone had a great day
